What is your Payment term?
30% deposit required upon order confirmation, balance 70% before shipment. Payments via system, accepting all methods.
How do you charge the sample(s)?
Samples charged at TWICE the final FOB quote (excluding freight and taxes). Charges refunded with confirmed order quantity.
What is the production lead time?
Typically 20-30 days without special yarns. Actual lead time is quoted based on specific requirements.
How are the garments packaged?
Each garment is half folded, flat packed in a PE polybag, with 10-20pcs per carton.
What is your monthly production capacity?
Our current production capacity is approximately 200,000 PCS per month.
Do you accept customized logos and labels?
Yes, we accept customized logos, labels, and colors to meet your branding requirements.
