Can I modify or delete items from my order?
Changes are possible if requested immediately. Once the order enters the production line (typically 2 days after confirmation), modifications can no longer be made.

Yes, samples are available before bulk orders. The sample fee generally ranges from US$30 to US$80 depending on the requirements.
What is the estimated shipping time?
Available stock products ship within 7-15 days. Custom-made products typically require 15-20 days for production and shipping.
Can we brand the items with our own logo?
Certainly. Custom logo labeling is available. The general fee for 1000pcs of custom labels is approximately US$50-80.
